Mohsin Arif Khan

Dubai Real Estate Advisor · BRN 24543

I’ve spent 15+ years in real estate across Dubai and international markets — not as a generalist, but as someone who builds systems, closes deals, and helps investors make decisions backed by real market data.

Since 2011, I’ve worked across property management, investment advisory, brokerage, and sales leadership. My work focuses on helping buyers and investors evaluate Dubai property decisions before committing.

Background

I started my Dubai real estate career in 2011 as Managing Partner at Unicon Real Estate, where I built the business from the ground up — growing from under 50 exclusive properties to over 290, managing a portfolio of 250+ properties, and closing bulk deals with major developers including EMAAR and DAMAC.

After 8 years at Unicon, I took on a senior sales leadership role at one of the world’s largest real estate groups, then led project sales at Zameen.com in Pakistan. In 2023 I joined Newport Homes Real Estate in Dubai, working on advisory-led transactions for buyers and investors. This is part of my professional history. How I Work

Every recommendation I make is filtered through four lenses: market context, community fit, deal quality, and exit strategy. I don’t push properties — I help you evaluate them.

Whether you’re buying your first Dubai property, adding to an investment portfolio, or trying to make sense of off-plan vs ready options, I give you the analysis and the honest opinion before you commit.

Research and editorial methodology

Reviewed 2 October 2026. Property recommendations pass four checks: market context, community fit, deal quality and exit strategy. Published guidance distinguishes the evidence behind a number from the interpretation of that number.

  • Hard evidence: registered transactions and official records, with dates, scope and filters.
  • Asking data: advertised prices and rents, which do not prove an achieved deal.
  • Rental evidence: signed leases, comparable tenancy records and verified unit details, identified separately from asking rents.
  • Analysis: comparisons and conclusions drawn from stated evidence, with limits and alternative explanations.
  • Assumptions and forecasts: illustrative inputs and future scenarios, clearly labelled and tested for downside.

Citywide transaction value is not a measure of price appreciation for an individual unit. Compare like-for-like property type, size, building, view, condition and transaction date. Check service charges, vacancy, maintenance, financing and the likely exit buyer before recommending a purchase.

Primary sources are linked where applicable. Older statistics retain their dates; unverified historical figures are marked for verification. Corrections include a review note, with earlier versions retained in the website revision history. Calculator defaults are editable examples and do not represent a current bank offer or an achievable rent.
